Welcome to the third side quest. In the core quest, you learnt how nutrition affects your mood. Here you will learn that exercise has very similar effects – not only does it contribute to a fit and healthy body, but to a happy and alert mind.
You have learnt how sleep and nutrition are important not only for your physical health but for your mood and mental health. Exercise is obviously important for your physical health, but did you know that it is just as important for your mental health as sleep and nutrition are? Here you will learn all about it.
