Welcome to The Ciúnas Project.

The first step will be to connect with your teammates – ask your teacher or tutor who they will be. You’ll complete the course in teams of either 1, 2 or 3. To finish each quest, you must fill out the digital worksheet and complete the quiz. A certificate will be awarded on completion of the course.

In these challenging times, it’s important to take a step back and remember what’s you value most in life. As you journey through this course, you’ll be taken to a mountain top to get some perspective on everything. From there, you’ll enter the Ciúnas caves where you’ll learn how to look after yourself better, and finally, you’ll bring the changes that you’ve made for yourself into the world, to help make it better for everyone.
